Catastrophe is usually my experience with computers. Rather than being able to see the problem and fix it, I am stuck clicking and staring and experiencing no repair at all. Computers are simple, but only while they are working. As soon as the fragile machine has a problem, life stops – especially when your work unfortunately relies on the computer. A very simple use for a computer, which requires no repairmen or techies at all, is video conversion.
